THEN THE INNOVATIVE COMPOUND NOZZLE ULTRASONIC SLICER IS USED FOR A CLEAN AND ACCURATE CUT WITH NO DEFORMATION OF THE SHAPE.
THE KN551 IS ADAPTED TO ACCEPT THE REMOVAL SLICER. USUALLY A RHEON COMPACT PANNER IS USED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS TO THE TRAY
