Completed Event: Europain 2018 Report

Thanks for attending europain, here is a summary of what rheon exhibited

Rheon flex encruster

The new Rheon Flex Encruster will take rounded dough pieces, bread or pastry, then deposit a filling into the centre. The round dough piece is then folded around the filling, this enable you to use high quality doughs from you line to make filled products

KN551 with ultrasonic cookie cutter

Rheon displayed their KN551 with ultrasonic cookie cutter that cuts at the compound nozzle for accurate and clean  cutting that doesnt mishape the product

Rheon Flat divider

The new Rheon Flat divider which takes a tray of fermented dough, then weighs and cuts the product, simple and Stress Free.

V4 Lines

Rheon showed their VX212 machine in line with a 'punch rounder' and 'variety moulder. They also show the VX122 line with new twin lane weighing system.

This year will be a year for innovation, for the most part we cannot advertise what is being shown as it will be the very first time at IBA that the new equipment will be unveiled. But we can say that we have development and methods in Bread and Pastry that will have never been seen before.
