KORTLEVER COMPACT STREWER

THE KORTLEVER COMPACT STREWER CAN BE USED AS A STAND-ALONE UNIT, OVER AN EXISTING LINE OR AS PART OF A FULLY AUTOMATED TURNKEY SOLUTION TOPPING LINE.  IT'S  MOST COMMONLY USED FOR TOPPING GRATED CHEESE BUT CAN ALSO BE USED WITH MANY OTHER INGREDIENTS.
THE STREWER IS AVAILABLE IN MANY DIFFERENT WIDTHS AS A STANDARD 'WATERFALL' ,  'TARGET STREWING' OR 'DYNAMIC TARGET STREWING' TYPE.

THE KORTLEVER STREWER STARTS WITH THE 'WATERFALL' STYLE WHICH EVENLY DISTRIBUTES THE INGREDIENTS ACROSS A BELT. THEY ARE THEN DEPOSITED ONTO THE PRODUCT TRAVELLING ON THE CONVEYOR BELOW.

THE STREWER CAN COME EQUIPPED WITH INGREDIENT RECOVERY CONVEYORS TO RE-USE EXCESS INGREDIENTS. FOR MORE ACCRURACY THE 'TARGET' STREWER IS USED TO TARGET THE INGREDIENTS ONTO THE PRODUCT FROM A RETRACTING CONVEYOR INTO A GUIDE.

THE DYNAMIC TARGET STREWER IS THE MOST ACCURATE, THE INGREDINETS ARE TARGETED AGAIN BUT THE GUIDE ALSO MOVES WITH THE MOVEMENT OF THE THE PRODUCT UNDERNEATH FOR MORE CONTROL
